罗尼·库珀 holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management 从 朋友 University in Wichita, Kansas and earned his SPHR in 2007. Ronnie has worked for two manufacturing facilities as HR manager: Charloma, Inc. Cherryvale, Kansas and Neodesha Plastics, Inc.来自堪萨斯州尼奥德沙. In Valdosta, Georgia, he worked as the HR Generalist for Saft America, Inc. Ronnie also served 2nd position on the bargaining committee for the company, dealing with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union. Additional union experience ranges 从 a frontline supervisor at Payless ShoeSource to a bargaining committee member with Saft Amercia. After his time with Saft America, Ronnie held the position of HR Manager at Union Tank Car in Valdosta prior to their unionization. Upon his relocation to Wharton, 德州, Ronnie consults with the Independent Care Waiver Program (ICWP) on compliance 以及 training and selection processes for their employees and consumers. For 12+ years, Ronnie has been an instructor with Valdosta State University's Office of Professional & 社区教育 for their PHR/SPHR Certification Prep course and Essentials of 人力资源 w/ aPHR Prep. 

苏珊·贝利 is the Administrative Coordinator for bet365亚洲官网's Office of Professional & 社区教育. 在来bet365亚洲官网之前, Susan worked more than 20 years in food service at all levels, 从 food handler to management. Susan has been teaching 食品安全ty Manager Certification classes for 17 years.
